Farlane Lovatt – Director
Farlane is a Qualified Occupational Therapist with a degree in Psychology and level 5
Health and social Care Management. who has an extensive background in Healthcare.
She is very passionate about encouraging clients to engage in meaningful, health promoting
occupations so they can continue to do activities that matter most to them.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge about the importance of remaining
independent in the comfort of your own home and its impact on Physical and Mental
well-being, Farlane has made it a life mission to ensure that people in our communities
are well supported.

Nneka Bowman – Director
Nneka’s background has always been in healthcare. With over 10 years in the health
sector, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she is ready to share with
everyone. With the combination in knowledge and experience in healthcare, Nneka,
along with Farlane, were well placed to open Little Oak healthcare, a service which
allowed them to work more closely with members of the community as well as provide
support to our wonderful NHS. Nneka is very passionate about the people she cares for
and treats everyone like her own family.
Nneka has a qualification in Human Resource Management, this is evident in the way
she manages our team. She is always ready to offer support to those that need it in the
team.

Nihinlola Adoyele – Registered Care Manager
Lola is responsible for the day-to-day runnings of Little Oak Healthcare. She makes sure that we are running a service that is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Wellled, in line with the CQC Regulations. Lola is a Qualified Occupational Therapist and has a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. She is very passionate about people living independently in their own homes by providing them with the tools and support they need to manage this.
